Roblox focuses on UGC (user generated content), which means that most of the available games have been created by other players.
Although Roblox Studio, the Roblox development tool, is not available for mobile devices, users can access their creations and test their games in Roblox Mobile.
The best part is that it's free! And while the game offers purchases within the app through its virtual currency called Robux, with which you can get items, accessories and other features used within the game, this doesn't affect your experience significantly.
